How can I pay for my order?
All payments are processed with paypal, but you can pay with a credit/debit card as well - to do so simply click the 'Don't have a paypal account?' button when on the checkout screen and you can pay with a card rather than a paypal account. We very occasionally maytake cash in mail orders but these must be arranged via email rather than ordering through the website, and are totally at your risk. As such we do not recommend cash in mail payments.
I want to order an item but it's out of stock! When will it be back in stock?
A lot of our items are hand made, and as such we cant tell when specific items will be back in stock, especially with unique items which might never be made again. Sorry about that, but its handmade quality that keeps a lot of fingerboarding things performing amazingly and lasting for a lifetime! For non handmade products, such as trucks or wheels, we'll try to restock most items as soon as they're out of stock, so it shouldn't be a long wait!
I need to change something with my order/have a question about my order/etc. What do I do?
Simple! Just head over to the contact page and you'll find many ways to contact us. We'll get back to you as soon as possible!
I want to return a product for exchange/refund, can I do this?
Most of the time, yes, but go read our returns page for more information on this.
How much will shipping be?
Within the UK shipping is a flat rate, either £1.25 for small items, £3.25 for medium sized ramps, or £6 for larger ramps. We keep shipping as cheap as we can but due to 2013 changes to Royal Mail's prices shipping within the UK has now been split into three brackets rather than two.
Worldwide shipping costs totally vary depending on size and amount, but if you're just ordering a few small items the charge is £3.75. If you want to calculate shipping costs simply add things to your cart, select your country on the cart screen, and click 'update cart' to be shown shipping cost for the items you've got in your cart.
Sometimes our system can calculate shipping wrong and overcharge you. If you feel this is the case don't hesitate to contact us after you've ordered - if you've been overcharged we'll refund you the excess shipping charge as soon as possible.
I haven't received my item! Where is it?
All items are posted first class, and whilst this takes normally a few days for UK orders and 1-2 weeks for international orders, it can take a lot longer. We ship as soon as possible, normally the day after your order, and once we've done that it's out of our control unfortunately. However, if you've been waiting a few weeks and want to know what's up or see if anything has happened to your order at our end that somehow we've not contacted you about, don't hesitate to contact us.
There's a problem with my item!
Very occasionally fingerboard products can break, if this happens and you believe it is a manufacturing fault, please contact us. We will generally have to have the item sent back to us so we can determine if the issue has arrisen from fault, or from use. Just like in skateboarding if you snap a deck from using it, its not a manufacturing fault - the same can happen in fingerboarding. Also as we sell products from other companies, if there's a problem with their products we have to contact them and get the specific part replaced, which we cannot do without inspecting the product first. These situations are very rare however, and we see less than 1% of products coming up with problems.
I'm amazing, will you sponsor me?
You can check out our team here. Our team was picked personally and we wont be holding tryouts, so please don't ask to be sponsored, as we're not sponsoring anyone in this manner. There's a lot more to fingerboarding than being sponsored anyway, just go have fun with it!
