Hopefully when you've shopped with us everything is fine and you love what you received! If not, however, you can return things.
You've got 7 days from when you receive your item to ask to return it, and if you want to, all you have to do is contact us. Our contact page is here.
However, that comes under some conditions. You may open a package, such as a bubble mailer, but any item that is specially packaged beyond that may not be opened - as this packaging comes from the companies who make the products, not us. For example, if a deck is in a press seal bag, its fine to open the press seal bag, as that can be opened/closed hundreds of times without wear. However if its in a press seal bag with a sleeve on top stapled to the bag, with the company logo on it, you cant open it and then return it to us. This is because this packaging gets damaged easily, and that's part of what you're buying when you buy the deck - whether you personally care about it, someone else might!
You may not set up any fingerboard part, or use any ramp, if you want to send it back. Look at it, take it out the bubble mailer and bubble wrap, that's fine. But we cant accept returns on used goods, because of the nature of fingerboarding and the size of the products.
Any purchase of the Fingerboard Setup Service voids returns of those products that were set up - as even though we set the board up for you, it's under your instruction, and once it's been setup it's technically been used, even if it's still in perfect condition.
However if for example you brought a set of wheels or something that came in just a bag, or haven't opened the special packaging of a product - we'll happily either give you a refund, or exchange it for something from the shop for the same value (if you want something a bit more expensive, you can just pay the extra). Contact us and we'll do our best to help you.
Make sure to contact us with the same email address you ordered from, and give your order number.
